Cynthia Skoglund is the principal of Skoglund Consulting Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in investor relations and corporate communications. She previously served as Senior Manager and a member of the Business Development and Corporate Strategy team at Beckman Coulter, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation. Prior to Beckman Coulter’s acquisition by Danaher, Skoglund served as the company’s Investor Relations Officer.
In addition to managing her consulting firm, Skoglund is an Independent Inspector of Election with American Election Services, LLC (AES), providing independent inspector, tabulation, and certification services to corporations, organizations, and associations worldwide.
With more than 30 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications, Skoglund is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She was named NIRI’s National Volunteer of the Year in 2015. Skoglund has been involved with the NIRI Orange County Chapter since its inception and served on its Board of Directors for more than 20 years, including as chapter president.
Following the merger of the NIRI Orange County and Los Angeles Chapters, effective June 30, 2026, Skoglund joined the NIRI Los Angeles Chapter Board of Directors, where she serves on the Membership Committee.
