Anne McGuinness is Vice President Investor Relations at ADDO IR. Prior to joining ADDO, Anne led the investor relations function at Knock, a pre-IPO real estate technology company focused on providing convenience, certainty, and cost savings for buying and selling homes. Previously she was investor relations manager at American Homes 4 Rent, an internally managed Maryland real estate investment trust, focused on acquiring, developing, renovating, leasing, and operating attractive, single-family homes as rental properties. Anne also held investor relations positions at Health Net, Inc., a managed care organization that delivers health care services through health plans and government-sponsored managed care plans, and DTS, Inc., a premier audio solutions provider for high-definition entertainment experiences. Anne received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from California State University Northridge and a certificate in investor relations from University of California Irvine. She is a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of NIRI, The Association for Investor Relations, and is an active member of NIRI’s Senior Roundtable.

Geri Weinfeld, Consultant

Geri Weinfeld is a seasoned investor and public relations consultant with over 25 years of expertise in investor relations, finance, and corporate communications. In 2022, she joined Snyk, a leading cybersecurity company, to establish and run their investor relations program in advance of their IPO. Prior to this, Geri was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Xperi, where she played a key role in managing communications for the company's major corporate milestones. She previously led investor relations for DTS, an audio technology company, which was acquired by Tessera in December 2016 and subsequently renamed Xperi Corporation. In December 2019, Geri oversaw communications for the merger of Xperi with TiVo Corporation and managed investor relations for the combined company, Xperi Holding Corporation, until March 2022. From 2011 and 2014, Geri served as an Investor Relations consultant for Nexon Co. Ltd., a Tokyo-based online gaming company, where she helped guide the company through its $1.2 billion IPO in 2011. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Activision Blizzard (2004-2009), Director of Investor Relations at Autobytel.com, and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Buy.com. Geri began her career as a NASDAQ market-maker at a full-service brokerage firm in Washington, D.C. She is an active board member of both the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Los Angeles chapter and the Cancer Support Community of Los Angeles.

Throughout her career, Katina has worked with various consumer companies across the beauty, apparel, and footwear sectors. She has had the pleasure of having a front row seat in companies managing complex corporate transactions, such as IPOs, spin-offs, and acquisitions, as well as activist investor campaigns, C-suite transitions and strategic reviews. After nearly 17 years in NYC, Katina, along with her husband and two young children, made a life-changing decision to relocate to sunny Santa Monica in 2021, where they are thoroughly enjoying spending time outside biking, hiking and going to the beach!

Zaia Lawandow is Head of Investor Relations for Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (Nasdaq: CSSE) where he serves as a member of the corporate finance leadership team and oversees the company’s global investor relations program. As head of IR, Zaia leads all investor and analyst communications, investor positioning, and strategic initiatives while serving as a key advisor to the senior management team on capital market and corporate development initiatives. Zaia has extensive experience building IR programs from the ground-up and leading them through significant corporate transformations. Before joining the company, he built and led the IR program at Redbox Entertainment from its public listing to its merger with Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment. He began his career in IR at Lionsgate, shortly after its acquisition of Starz, where he helped build an Institutional Investor ranked top 3 IR program. His areas of expertise encompass ad-supported streaming, subscription streaming, television and film production, and theatrical distribution. Previously, Zaia worked in the capital markets division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before joining the equity research division at Sandler O’Neill, now Piper Sandler. Outside of work, Zaia volunteers his time as a founding member of the Young Professional’s Council for International Medical Corps. He studied economics and Middle Eastern studies at Loyola University Chicago and currently resides in Los Angeles.

Prior to her tenure at Macerich, Ms. Greening;'s professional journey led her to Atlanta, Georgia, where she spent several years in the dynamic sports industry. Her roles spanned renowned organizations such as the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Braves, former Thrashers NHL hockey team, and Sports Radio 790 the Zone, showcasing her adaptability and versatility in diverse work environments. Matt Joanou is the Co-founder and CEO of Stakeholder Labs, an enterprise software company helping public companies engage their shareholders and has over 10 years of experience working with digital loyalty, community, and marketing products. Matt’s career as an entrepreneur started in his Cal Poly dorm room when he helped launch a customer loyalty company called Punchd, which was quickly acquired by Google. Matt went on to lead Punchd’s national expansion and eventual integration into Google Wallet and then worked across Google’s suite of advertising products with some of the world’s top brands and agencies. That same team led the launch of Google+, successfully onboarded thousands of content creators, and pioneered early iterations of creator marketing with high-visibility engagements with Google products.
