Meet Our Panelists

Elvira Scotto
Managing Director
RBC Capital Markets

Elvira Scotto is a Managing Director and Energy Infrastructure Analyst. Elvira joined RBC Capital Markets in 2011 as an equity research analyst focused on Midstream Energy. She recently expanded her coverage to include Solar. She brings with her more than a decade of equity research experience. Prior to joining RBC, she spent two years at Credit Suisse covering Midstream Energy. Elvira began following the energy sector at Banc of America Securities in 2007 when she initiated coverage of pipelines and gas utilities. In 2008, she expanded her coverage to include MLPs.

Elvira holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in economics from Fordham University. She is a CFA charterholder.

Nick Setyan
Managing Director
Wedbush Securities

Nick Setyan is an equity research analyst covering the restaurants industry. During his fifteen years in equity research, Nick has also served as a Senior Associate on the Consumer Services, Financial Technology team and as an Associate on the Restaurants team at Wedbush. He received his B.A. degrees in Economics and in Government from Cornell University.

Nick’s coverage focuses on companies where his Southern California base and his industry relationships can give him a differentiated understanding of important trends. He adds value through quarterly SSS growth surveys, in-depth original fundamental analysis, and detailed models.

Susan Anderson
Managing Director
B. Riley Securities Inc.

Susan Anderson is a senior analyst and managing director covering specialty retail, apparel, footwear, consumer, and outdoor leisure stocks at B. Riley Securities, Inc. Susan joined the firm in May 2013 and has 17 years of investment research experience, including seven years at Citi, where she was a publishing analyst with the highly ranked broadlines and apparel teams. Prior to Citi, she was an associate analyst at Deutsche Bank covering broadlines and drug retail.

Susan was named one of the Top 100 Wall Street Analysts by TipRanks in 2020. Her broadlines team at Citi was the No. 1 Institutional Investor–ranked team for five consecutive years from 2006 to 2010, and her apparel team was ranked No. 3 in 2011 and No. 4 in 2012 by Institutional Investor. Susan has been represented in the Institutional Investor rankings for apparel and footwear.

Susan received her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and has earned the CFA charter.

Katie McGlynn

Katie McGlynn is head of investor relations for BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: TCPC). She is also a member of the Product Strategy team supporting BlackRock’s U.S. Private Capital team. She is responsible for product development, marketing and investor relations -- serving as a link between portfolio management teams and investors, including current and prospective shareholders of BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2018, Katie was a member of the investor relations team at Oaktree Capital. Earlier in her career, she held various roles at prominent financial services organizations, including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and KPMG. Katie earned a BS in Accounting from Hartwick College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
